The Method

A method under development. Adapted to oxide-complex material.

Sigsug Partners is developing proprietary preparation, liberation, concentration, and analytical routes for oxide-complex polymetallic material. The chemistry is held as trade secret with patent strategy active. Independent verification is currently in progress; no recovery results are asserted ahead of confirmation.

Why oxide complexes warrant their own approach

Oxide-complex material is mineralogically distinct.

Oxide complexes are chemically and structurally different from the sulfide deposits that most conventional metallurgy was developed around. They warrant a tailored approach to characterisation and recovery, and an extra measure of patience before any performance claim is made.

Process

Four disciplines, one integrated route.

01

Preparation

Mechanical and physico-chemical conditioning of the ore intended to expose target phases without compromising downstream recovery.

02

Liberation

Selective release of metal-bearing structures using proprietary chemistry under development for this oxide complex.

03

Concentration

Production of an intermediate concentrate suitable for downstream evaluation by qualified processing partners.

04

Analytical Verification

Internal and independent characterisation at every stage. No result is advanced commercially without third-party confirmation, which is currently in progress.

Diagram is illustrative. Specific reagents, sequencing, and operating parameters are proprietary and not disclosed publicly.

Independent Verification

Verification in progress.

01

Independent Verification

Third-party characterisation of the material and review of the process work is currently in progress. No results are asserted ahead of confirmation.

[Add: independent reviewers — to be disclosed once engagements conclude]

02

Independent Technical Counsel

Independent metallurgist and legal counsel engaged for technical and corporate review.

No performance result is asserted ahead of independent confirmation.
