Investor Access
We are not raising a round.
Sigsug Partners is an early-stage minerals venture. We are engaging a small number of qualified counterparties under confidentiality, while independent verification of the material is in progress. The firm does not market broadly, does not accept retail enquiries, and does not publish materials it cannot defend.
Mandate Fit
Who Sigsug Partners engages with.
01 · Family Offices
Family Offices
Single- and multi-family offices with allocations to real assets, precious metals, and critical minerals — typically with a multi-year horizon and discretionary mandate.
02 · Sovereign-Aligned Capital
Sovereign-Aligned Capital
Sovereign wealth, strategic reserve, and state-adjacent vehicles with mandates in supply-chain security, monetary diversification, or critical-minerals positioning.
03 · Strategic Refiners & Toll Processors
Strategic Refiners & Toll Processors
Established refining and processing groups seeking concentrate offtake, technical partnership, or proprietary route licensing.
04 · Critical-Minerals Groups
Critical-Minerals Groups
Industrial and government-adjacent entities with mandates in platinum-group metals, rare earth elements, and strategic supply.
Capital
Structure, sizing, and use of funds.
The precious-metal phase is currently being capitalised. Indicative parameters are summarised below; full economics, structure documents, and use-of-funds detail are released to qualified counterparties under signed confidentiality.
Round Structure
Matched to the counterparty. Equity, convertible, and project-finance participation are all accommodated — the instrument is selected to fit the counterparty's mandate and confirmed in the confidential briefing.
Round Size
Sized to fully capitalise Phase I — toll-processing scale-up to commercial cash flow. The specific target is released under signed confidentiality.
Minimum Ticket
Set to preserve a small, aligned partner group. Confirmed at initial qualification.
Use of Funds
Directed entirely to Phase I execution: scaling toll-processing throughput to commercial volume, readying the on-site pilot extraction facility, and funding working capital through to first metal revenue. Detailed allocation provided in the briefing.
Vehicle & Jurisdiction
Disclosed to qualified principals under signed confidentiality, consistent with the firm's staged-disclosure protocol.
Reporting
Scheduled written reporting on operational, technical, and commercial progress, with independent audit introduced as the operation scales. Cadence confirmed at participation.
Specifics disclosed only under signed confidentiality.
Defensibility
An early position with a focused mandate.
A single Caribbean oxide-complex deposit, a proprietary recovery methodology under development, and a disciplined posture on independent verification — together these define the firm's current position.

A staged process — discretion at every step.
Each stage is conditional on the prior. The process is designed to protect both the counterparty's time and the firm's proprietary position.

- 02
Mutual Confidentiality
Execution of a bilateral non-disclosure agreement before any technical or commercial materials are released.

A structured overview of the mandate, the material, the proprietary process, and the validation status. Delivered in person or via secured channel.

Technical & Commercial Diligence
Phased release of mineralogical data, process methodology, independent assay results, and commercial structure — appropriate to the counterparty's mandate.
- 05
Structured Participation
Investment, offtake, joint venture, or strategic partnership — structured to the counterparty's mandate and the firm's stage of development.
Risk Considerations
Material risks — disclosed, not hidden.
The opportunity carries technical, commercial, jurisdictional, and liquidity risk. Counterparties should evaluate the programme on the assumption that early-stage outcomes are not guaranteed.
01 · Technical
Technical risk
The recovery approach is under development and independent verification is in progress. Performance demonstrated at any stage may not replicate identically at larger scale; continued process refinement and pilot-stage work are inherent to the programme.
02 · Commercial
Commercial risk
Routes to processing, offtake, and pricing are subject to negotiation with future counterparties and to prevailing precious-metals markets. No commercial outcome is guaranteed.
03 · Jurisdictional
Jurisdictional risk
The deposit and operating activity are concentrated in a single Caribbean jurisdiction. Political, regulatory, and licensing developments could affect the programme's pace or structure.
04 · Liquidity
Liquidity risk
The opportunity is private and illiquid. Capital deployed should be committed for a multi-year horizon with no expectation of secondary transferability.
Discretion Protocol
What Sigsug Partners does not do.
01
Sigsug Partners does not market broadly, does not list on retail platforms, and does not engage with intermediaries the firm has not personally vetted.
02
Sigsug Partners does not publish materials it cannot defend technically, legally, or commercially.
03
Sigsug Partners does not extend access on the basis of capital alone — mandate fit and discretion are prerequisites.
